D. Jolivette McGrew is the creative mind behind CulturedCreole.com and the Cultured Creole brand. She is the website owner and also handles the site architecture, design, content direction, authoring and editing.

Born and raised in Opelousas, Louisiana, D. is a true Southern Belle who has the principles of southern hospitality grounded in her personality.  While residing in Dallas, TX for four years. she learned the true meaning of ''Everything is Bigger in Texas"! Now,  braving the northern winters, D. lives and runs Cultured Creole in Eagan, Minnesota.

D. holds a Juris Doctorate degree and is a licensed attorney who develops products and tools for the legal industry that aid attorneys in case execution, gathering and analyzing data more accurately and efficiently. She also holds a Bachelors degree in Rehabilitation and Disability Studies and a Psychology minor.

D's eclectic background, travels, and life experiences make for a gumbo of culture and content that provides a fresh perspective and unique creative palette which is the foundation that drives her compassion for people and helping entrepreneurs grow their their brands.
